A great motel! Rooms are spacious and the room itself was spotless. The decor and room itself was a bit outdated, but everything was well functioning. There was always plenty of parking in the lots. Hotel was located right off the highway ramps so it was fairly convenient to drive anywhere. *Breakfast notes* Breakfast is simply Nature Valley granola bars, a mini fridge of Sunny D juice, hot water for green tea, and hot coffee. This was okay for my partner and I besides one morning where the coffee was so watered down, we dumped it out. The only complaints we had during our 1 week stay: - the service at the check in desk is extremely slow. We checked in to our room very late (2am) and gave them a heads up. We stood in line at the night counter for about 25 minutes with only 2 people ahead of us. - the person next door to us stayed up pretty much all night sitting outside the room, playing phone video games at full volume that constantly disturbed us. We didn’t tell the front desk since it was very late in the night, but when telling them at check out, they could not have cared less. This was understandable since we were leaving anyways, but negatively affected our experience.
Absolutely loved my stay! The service was top-notch, and the rooms were immaculate. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and luxury!
Me and my buddy booked this hotel on a road trip. We stayed in a queen suite because we needed some space from each other after 4 days in the car haha! For $145 you can’t beat it. Each room had its own AC unit, bathroom was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Recommend this hotel for a place to crash on a road trip.
Customer service was very sweet. Booking was fast and simple. The room was clean and very pretty! Very good lighting (so many light switches, which I found to be convenient to not awaken my partner). There was a heater and A/C. The outdoors is lovely, with all the palm trees, the green grass, and the fountain (I was on the 2nd floor so the view was nice!)
The cleaners are the best and so nice and when I got in the lobby they gave me coffee and the rooms and so clean and but the one thing that I didn't like is there are a wall in front of our window but it was the best place they made me come to LA more because of them this is the best place go here.
I am a semi truck driver. I had a very difficult time finding somewhere to layover for a few days while in California. I called this hotel location and to my surprise I was able to park my truck on the property along with the trailer. There was plenty of shopping in the location that was walking distance. The room was very clean and I felt safe. The linens were clean as well. I was very satisfied!
Hotel is close to a lot of restaurant and stores. It is very busy street because its next to the freeway but not as mich in the night.
When I first got there noticed fridge was broken. I was switched to another room right away. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly. They also were quick to fix the toilet when my son accidentally stuffed it with toilet paper. The location is near everything you can walk to, fast foods, restaurants, Target around the corner, Walmart 7 minutes away. I definitely would go back
